Remote Support
With the objective of solving problems already during the first call, we use a remote support tool that permits greater interaction between the support team and the client.
With the client’s permission, a small program is downloaded and run on your computer, without the need for any installation. This is the program through which the Join RH support team communicates with the client and carries out remote support.
The mini application offers the client:
- Sharing the screen with the support team.
- Detailed history of the support session and the notes written during the session.
- Chat interface and file transfer.
- Warnings to allow or deny the technician’s access to all functions.
Security
- The support team can only carry out each function of the system with the client’s authorization.
- The client can opt to close the session at any time.
- Direct connection to the client through a PIN code or a link sent by email.
- All of the traces of the client’s mini application disappear from your computer when the session is closed.
- Uses 256 bit SSL cryptography – the same level of security used by the large banking institutions.
