Access
Access the website http://www.joinrh.com.br/. Type your username and its password on the support area box.
You will see a screen like the one shown below:
Creating and viewing tickets
If you want to create a new ticket, follow these steps:
- In the support area main page, click in Submit a Ticket and then click in Next;
- Fill in the form with detailed information about the issue or the sugestion;
- Besides giving written information, it is possible to send attached files: sheets, screenshots, logs etc.;
- After filling in the form, click in Submit. You will receive a notification in your email address and the ticket will be submitted to the Join RH Support Team.
To view, answer or modify a ticket, follow the steps:
- In the support area main page, click in View Tickets;
- In the tickets list, locate the item by its code or subject and click in it;
- In the new page, it’s possible to change the ticket status and its priority, besides contact info. If you change the status to Closed, the support for the ticket will be ended;
- It is also possible to add more information, replying the ticket. Click in Post reply, type the message and click in Submit.
Downloads 
On this section several types of files are available: Join RH update files, support manuals, programs and utilities. To access it, click in Downloads in the support area main page.
The files are divided into sections. The two more recent files from each section are available directly on the Downloads main page. To view the other files, click in “more files” of a section.
Some files can be protected by a password. If you want to download one of those files, contact the Join RH Support Team.
News
The News area contains the details about every Join RH version released. If you want to know about the new features and corrected bugs, visit this area.
In this example, there is a version title (in red). By clicking in “Read”, the details page will be open.
