Completely administer all training planned and carried out by the company in conformity with those requirements found in ISO norms, as well as other quality norms that refer to people management and training.
- Conduct the training needs survey (TNS) over the web, indicating the training needed for the function and permitting the prior scheduling of dates to carry them out.
- Automate the reaction, efficacy and instructor’s evaluation process through questionnaires on the web and simply monitor the filling out of these evaluations and then visualize the syntheses and measure training efficacy.
- Completely register the courses with all aspects related to the requirements for carrying out the training, such as: program content, teaching material, hour load, instructors, authorized entities, etc.
- Direct training in accordance with what the employee’s job really needs in an attempt to supply his or her real needs.
- Generate an annual and monthly training spreadsheet and compare training actually carried out and what was planned.
- Administer the entire investment made by the company in the most diverse forms of analysis by group of course, type of training, company area, among many others.
- Visualize managerial reports and graphs about more than 20 training indicators, such as: hours of training, man / hours, costs, etc.
- Issue all the reports needed for training administration, such as: notification of the course, bulletin board, control of frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly), certification and all others.
- Detailed control of shared and individual costs of training with an automatic pro rata among the participants, cost centers, departments and branches.
- Helps in internal and external audit processes to quality certification and maintenance.
- Automatically updates the employee’s résumé with information about courses taken, training needs, PDI, etc.
- Set up a training plan researching information about training needs (required by the job or individual) and the gaps in competencies.
